2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground chilli
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried sage leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
EGG WASH
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
4 large chicken breasts
Vegetable oil for frying
